Running Vasp 6 on OLCF

To access vasp, you must first obtain a license from the authors
and process it through help@olcf.ornl.gov.

The vasp codes are located at `/sw/summit/vasp/6.1.0/bin`,
and contain:

* `vasp_std` - Standard vasp.
* `vasp_ncl` - Standard vasp compiled a different way.
* `vasp_gam` - Specialized code for running at the gamma-point (i.e. no k-point replicas)
